Bear Divide Hotshots - PT Program

The  Bear Divide Hotshots PT program all starts with the core. We stress core development to stregthen the abs and the back. Along with core development is flexibility and joint stregthening. And included in our program are power hikes and running. For our flexibility program we had a TKD Master customize a program for us that we do once a week. Since we started this program we haven't had any lost time injuries.
